Help Victims of Hurricane Dorian with Mercy Chefs

In the aftermath of the Category 5 storm, Mercy Chefs is providing relief in the Bahamas. In Nassau, the team is providing thousands of hot meals daily to evacuees who have come to the capital for shelter.

On Grand Bahama Mercy Chefs has placed one of three water filtration units, capable of providing 7,000 gallons of clean water per day. Two other units are in transit to Grand Bahama Island. Within days, they will be providing an additional 14,000 gallons of clean water for victims of Dorian still on the island in need of aid. Mercy Chefs is also working to open a supply line from Freeport to the western part of Grand Bahama Island, where the devastation is the most severe to provide relief supplies to residents, who have been largely unreached with help.
