Hurricane Francine Response

On September 11, 2024, Hurricane Francine struck southwest Louisiana as a Category 2 storm, unleashing 100 mph winds and torrential rainfall. Flooded roads and widespread power outages left hundreds of thousands in urgent need of assistance.

Mercy Chefs was on the ground in Houma, LA, where we partnered with Cross Church to serve over 26,000 nutritious meals to families and communities affected by this devastating storm. Please continue to pray and support the people of Louisiana as they begin their journey to recovery. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram (@MercyChefs) for updates on our disaster relief efforts.
