Mercy Chefs Provides Meals in Pike County, KY

PIKEVILLE, KY — Mercy Chefs, in partnership with Shelby Valley High School and the Kentucky Dream Center, provided restaurant-quality meals and essential supplies, such as cleaning products, blankets, and canned goods, to flood victims in Pike County.

The response was powered by an outpouring of community support, with volunteers from local businesses, churches, athletic teams, and more stepping up to help. Among these volunteers were approximately 200 students from Shelby Valley High School, dedicating their time to serve their neighbors.

Thanks to the generosity of supporters and volunteers, Mercy Chefs served 34,134 meals to those impacted by the floods in Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia.
