Dixie Fire Response

Mercy Chefs has deployed to Susanville, California to provide daily meal service to community shelters as the Dixie Fire continues to expand throughout Northern California. The Dixie Fire has been burning for a month, and it is California’s largest single wildfire in recorded history.

Our team plans to serve 1,200 meals a day preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner out of our West Coast mobile kitchen to deliver food directly to the shelters.

We can’t go unless we’re sent, and we want to thank you for standing with us in support of our mission feeding body and soul.
