Greece Relief

The Greek island of Samos, one of the closest EU islands to Turkey, has become an epicenter of the European refugee crisis. One of Greece’s largest refugee camps, Samos houses 4,000 individuals representing nearly 20 nationalities, all fleeing persecution, war, and economic instability. These refugees endure harsh conditions, living in converted shipping containers and surviving on low-quality meals twice a day.

In partnership with a local church, Mercy Chefs is providing relief through fresh, nutritious meals. Refugees walk an hour down a mountain weekly to attend Bible classes and receive a chef-prepared meal. Please pray for these refugees who have left everything behind to seek asylum.
