Feeding Program Updates
As violence escalated in parts of Beirut and across southern Lebanon, more than a million people have been forced to flee their homes. In early March 2026, Mercy Chefs launched an emergency feeding operation in Lebanon to support displaced individuals and families with limited access to food.
Through trusted local partners, meals are still being served, ensuring that vulnerable communities continue to receive food, care, and support during a time of profound disruption. Please pray for those affected, and follow us on Facebook and Instagram (@MercyChefs) for live updates from the ground.

A Place of Hope for Displaced Families
In Lebanon, families displaced by war are navigating loss, uncertainty, and the daily challenge of rebuilding their lives. At a growing community center in Beirut, that need is being met in tangible ways. What began as an urgent response to provide hot meals has become a place where families can find support and begin to heal.
In partnership with YWAM Beirut Impact, a kitchen was established to serve as the heart of this effort, equipping local staff to continue preparing meals for those who have been forced from their homes. Today, even as the crisis continues, that space is where children and parents receive not only food, but also care, counseling, and a reminder that they are not alone.

A Moment of Comfort in Uncertain Times
For more than a week, Mercy Chefs has been on the ground in Beirut, serving families forced to flee as conflict continues to escalate. In partnership with YWAM Beirut, our team is preparing and serving hot, chef-prepared meals at the heart of the need each day. Even amid the sounds of unrest, these meals create small moments of joy and comfort, bringing smiles in an otherwise uncertain time.
This work is only possible because of our faithful supporters. While we are meeting urgent needs now, we remain committed to walking alongside this community in the long term. Thank you for standing with us!

Serving Families Seeking Refuge in Beirut
A missionary family serving in Lebanon reached out to Mercy Chefs as a growing number of families arrived in North Beirut seeking refuge amid ongoing instability in the region. Many have left their homes and belongings, carrying only what they can as they search for safety.
Through trusted partners, our team quickly began providing chef-prepared meals to displaced families. In moments like these, a hot meal reminds people that they are not alone, even in their darkest hours. You can help us continue serving families in crisis.
