Quick Stovetop Vegetarian Chili
This easy chili comes together in minutes with pantry staple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can of pinto, kidney, black or red beans, undrained
- 1 (15 oz) can of corn, drained
- 1 (14.5 oz) can of diced or crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of Mercy Chefs Cajun Joy
Instructions
Step 1:
Drain and rinse the beans.
Step 2:
In a medium saucepan, combine the beans, corn, tomatoes, and Mercy Chefs Cajun Joy.
Step 3:
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Once heated through, remove from heat.
Step 4:
Add more Cajun Joy if desired.
Step 5:
Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
