Multi-State Tornado Response

In response to multiple deadly tornadoes, Mercy Chefs has deployed to both Perryton, Texas and Moss Point, Mississippi.

Last week’s EF-3 tornado that struck the community of Perryton took three lives and left hundreds of innocent people injured, city-wide power outages, and complete destruction in its path. In Moss Point, families are dealing with downed trees, roof damage, and power outages. Some residents have claimed the tornado destruction in the area is worse now than it was after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The damage is unthinkable for both of these small towns.

Mercy Chefs is here to bring hope to these grieving communities with a hot, chef-prepared meal served with love. We will continue to serve meals as long as there is such great need.
