Directions
Step 1:
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts and set aside.
Step 2:
Chop bacon and place in a frying pan. Cook until crisp and remove from the pan, leaving drippings.
Step 3:
Cook onions in bacon drippings until tender.
Step 4:
Add Brussels sprouts and coat in drippings.
Step 5:
Add vinegar, wine, and other ingredients.
Step 6:
Cook until Brussels sprouts are tender, stirring frequently so they don’t scorch for about 15 minutes.
Step 7:
Add bacon back in, garnish with orange zest, and serve.
