Ingredients
- 3 lbs of Yukon gold potatoes
- 4 tbsps of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp of salt
- ¼ tsp of pepper
- ½ cup of heavy cream
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of Mercy Chefs Cajun Joy
- 1 tsp of Herbs de Mercy Chefs
Step 1:
Peel and keep the potatoes whole while boiling. Add salt to the water.
Step 2:
Cook for at least 40 minutes. It will be fully cooked when a fork stabbed through the potato breaks it in half.
Step 3:
Add butter, salt, and pepper; begin mashing.
Step 4:
Use heavy cream for creaminess.
Step 5:
Add additional flavor with garlic powder, Mercy Chefs Cajun Joy, and Herbs de Mercy Chefs.
